I dropped off a vacuum to be fixed, they kept it for 2 weeks, did nothing. When I tried to get it back, it was like pulling teeth, I left 3 messages, called about 20 times with no answer, they NEVER responded to my calls, and I had to wait outside for them to be open and finally get my vacuum back. What a horrible place, I would NEVER do business with them. They DO NOT know what they are doing and clearly they do not know how to even return a phone call. I have reported them to the BBB, and to Kirby (vacuum manufacturer). JUST DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!
