Horrible, rude customer service and sales staff. Stay away from this club as they will try to get you roped in with a three day pass and promise to waive your initiation and then tell you a different story when you are signing up. The Manager Adam is a barbarian and I've read on other reviews that he is an ex-con. From the way he treated me I believe it. I tried to ask him to honor the deal I was told I would be given as my friend joined and I was told the initiation fee would be waived. He told me you are not a customer and you will not tell me how to run my club! What a total jerk, and that is saying it nicely. Do yourself a huge favor and go to Chuze down the road. They are so much nicer there and it is cheaper to join.
