Great customer service overall. Fast installation and great prices. Would have liked more information on the different features of the stereos. We ended up with one where the biggest button is extra bass, which we'll never use, and all the preset buttons are very tiny. It has a remote though which I'll be using instead of the stereo buttons.

Great price and honest. My only complaint is the time it took a long time .

yelp isnt always right and alot of whats on here is bogus but in the case of pro auto sound yelp was dead on. i had never been in their store before but needed a new stereo for my daughters car. fernando was polite,professional and made a great recommendation. installation was top notch as was the explanation on how to use it. these guys are great

These guys know car audio and they know it well. The best part is they do what they say they're going to do and they do it very well. By far, the best experience I've had at an auto electronic store. Staff was awesome, quick, and did exactly what I wanted. Planning to continue getting work done here, HIGHLY recommend this place who's look for basic or custom work, at an honest price.

Fernando and crew are top notch! They installed a replacment stereo and speakers in my SAAB in just under two hours! No small feat with all the propietary SAAB parts. Great prices and service with a smile. Additionally, while I waited I watched as several Marines came in asking for audio assistance and Fernado was super respectful and helpful. I am sure that they will be back for additional audio parts.
