I walked in right at noon when they were closing over the Thanksgiving holiday. Unknown to me they closed at noon but I couldn't tell because they were more than willing to help and I had an unusual task for them. One locksmith said that they probably can't do it but the other locksmith (Anthony) continued to think about it and I could tell that he was thinking of a way to MAKE it work. After the initial cutting of the key Anthony would work with it then test it on my car. He made 5 or 6 trips to my vehicle making modifications to the key each trip. I suspected he had many years of experience so I asked him and he said that he owned a locksmith shop but it went under (pretty much because of life) and he had it for a number of years. When he was finished the product was perfect. Pro-Tec Lock and Safe now has a life time customer based on his professionalism and not showing a single sign that he was working past closing, and when i realized that they had closed an hour before he wouldn't take a tip. A true working man. The other locksmith's could also be great as well, I only worked with Anthony. Five stars for professionalism, and not to mention the can do drive.
