This is an awesome community in Oceanside. Management is wonderful and really cares about the residents. I have felt valued being a resident here.

I'm surprised this establishment was able to achieve 2.5 stars.



I rented the "upgraded" version of their two bedroom apartment. We payed extra for features like... wood-styled linoleum in the bathrooms (which was peeling away from the walls, exposing the questionable black substance underneath) and a touch of crown molding on SOME of the walls in the living room. It was great. Really classy.



Everything in and around the apartment was either broken, or had some temporary, halfassed repair job done on it. For the number of times management staff entered my apartment without notifying me (sometimes leaving the door unlocked on their way out), I would have expected more in the way of upkeep and legitimate repairs. Ironically, the ONE time I needed a repair in the apartment (Garbage disposal) nobody showed up. I stayed home from work on TWO different days waiting for the maintenance staff to come look at it and BOTH times they were no-shows. I ended up fixing it myself.



As sub-par and unpleasant the apartment was, it paled in comparison to the deceitful and absolutely outrageous office staff. There really aren't words to describe the personalities of both the large read-headed woman, and the even larger woman with curly black/brown hair. When I walked in to take a tour, they were wonderfully talented actors. They appeared to be the nicest people on the planet until they had our money, then became the most crooked and manipulative characters I've ever had misfortune of doing business with.



Long story short, they denied my husband his service animal once he returned from Afghanistan. One of the women literally said, "I don't care. You can't have that dog in the apartment." Aside from the illegality of that, it was just a horrible thing to do to someone. So we left, and of course they charged us well over what we paid to them in the deposit.



Overall, a pretty horrible experience. Don't let the obnoxiously edited photos on their website or all the new paint jobs fool you.



This place is a rat hole, and the management staff fits right in.

They suck

There nice apt. dont get me wrong but they simply suck they say pet friendly bull there not there so lazy and simply there rules suck A** i wouldnt recommend it plus they still on your bill they lie to you of how much you spend on water just so you pay more and they dont even tell you what you're suppose to pay until you sign the contract and make it official they lie than they hit you with the truth they simply suck
