In the past they have been good however on Saturday I had a very different experience. 1) RUDE: the employee brusquely told me to move up to the white line. When I asked what the packages were he pointed to the sign above my head which was now IN BACK OF ME. 2) I was told it would take 25 minutes. After 30 minutes I noticed my car SITTING in the machine, all soapy. When it finally went through the machine, the washing things were not moving. They ran it through a 2nd time which meant more delays. I was told the delay was due to dog hair in the back but that didn't explain why they had to wash the outside twice. 3) When they vacuumed the back of the car they removed a blanket. We had to go back later to get this blanket because it was not put back into the car! 4) there were spots & dirty spots on the car that my husband had to clean off.



I spent $27.99 (Gold package) for a mediocre car wash & a lot of headaches! I doubt I will go back!
