I've called 2-4 times per week to get a copy of the April invoice for over a month and a half and apparently the owner MARCIA never comes in because she is the ONLY ONE IN THE COMPANY who has access to the invoices. what kind of company doesnt want their invoices to be paid? no valid contact info besides a phone number and the employees take your name and number but nobody ever calls you back.

I called this company 4 times over a one month period to set up a time to discuss using their service to answer our phones. I spoke with someone who works there once and apparently their service three times. No one ever got back to me. Even after me letting them know I was not happy about them not getting back to me. Obviously if they can't handle their own called, I don't want them handling mine.
