Theres always somehting wrong with my order. Today they had no large cups, ok, no problem, then i get my order and after i paid for large everything except cups, they give me medium everything. And the lady who is there i dont know her name she must be manager because she has a white shirt on, she is darker skin and reddish pinkish hair, she needs to check her attitude. The other guy there is cool, i like him his name is parkerson or peterson something like that. He is very nice. This is the closest BK to my house but I am going to have to go somewhere else. A smile really goes a long way. The employees from the BK on 50 and Good Homes are super nice.

I am so tired of being shorted part of my order at the Burger King in Ocoee, today it was a whopper. My husband had to eat something else, needless to say he was not happy and did not want to drive all the way back to the resturant to retrieve his whopper. Of course at store 279 in Ocoee they would not even answer the phone so that we could inform them that they had not given us my husband's whopper that we had already paid for.



This has been going on far to long and it is getting wayyyyyyy too expensive......I think the King at Burger King should step down from his throne because he sure is doing a lousy job running his castle, at least at the one in Ocoee, Fl. I want my money back Burger King and McDonalds here we come..........

If you like Burger King, this is a very good one. Great location; I have eaten there several times and the food temperature, quality, and service are always great.
