I was recently subpoenaed to attend your court on January 12,2015 at 11am but was misinformed to attend N Lakemont Ave instead. When I got there, I was told that it was not a court day there and I should have been at Ocoee instead. I had to journey across town to Ocoee, by then I was late for an 11am app.Needless to say, the case was called and dismissed for lack of witness.

I am respectfully asking that you use your good office to investigate this matter for me. The case #2014-TR-017814-A-E.
