Worst customer services ever... If you have a appt

make sure you call in advance to confirm you don't owe a balances. Because if you do and are unaware you will not be seen until balances is paid in full. You are just a paycheck to them cold hearted unhuman souls. There staff are bounce from office to office that they have no idea who is doing or saying what. I spoke to several of the employee visited every week for 3 consecutive weeks no one ever mentioned a balance. They refuse a payment plan and no one took responsibility for anything. I lost 80 day pay for nothing. Thank God, I found a more caring, professional office.
