There are many other used car dealers in this world, and this one needs to be avoided like the plague. No experience with the service department, but the sales people are rude, obnoxious, and refuse to believe they don't walk on water.

I picked up a vehicle and had it for a couple days, when I realized that locking it with the key fob caused the computer to reset. They told me that it was a "feature," just like it not being to climb a paved incline without chugging, banging, and blowing smoke.

I can get up that hill easier and faster on my bicycle.
