Please consider training your instructors on how to appropriately address any issues with the parents regarding students in the classroom. The bully technique that Mrs. Ashley has used several times in her body language, actions, wording & demeanor to myself & others is concerning to me. Today I witnessed her actually grabbing a child & dragging her across the floor. I was horrified. You need to look into educating your staff on the development of 3 year olds or re-evaluate whether they are an effective fit for that classroom age. Highly disappointed with how Mrs. Ashley conducted herself these past several weeks. I obviously will not be recommending you to others & will be letting others know how poor our experience was.
