I have waited 6 weeks for the "professionals" at Newman Septic to replace a broken lid. After the workers broke it and almost wrecked their excavator into my tank, proprietor Shawn Newman denied fault but said he would replace only one lid, the other which was broken by his crew, would cost me another pump fee of $275 to replace, after a lecture in proper business etiqutte, he agreed to replace the final lid and perform a pump. I paid the total of $275 for the initial pump as a measure of good intention, however, after 6 weeks, I have yet to recieve services promised by Mr. Newman. I suggest anyone who is searching for septic pump or services contract though ANYONE ELSE.
