I love that it is close by, I do not have to travel to the dealership. They were very friendly service, since it was my first visit they offered a discount.... Thank you guys!!!!

I was impressed with the quality and timeliness of their work. It's difficult to find an auto shop that focuses solely on German cars in the bay area. My audi had transmission work done with them. They kept my parts authentic. If ur looking for a cheap job with unoriginal parts, this is not the shop for you. If your looking for quality and actually can afford your Germain car that your stunting around then by far this is the best in town.

Rip-off as never been so blatant as it was last week at German Motor Care, Inc. They tried to replace two fuel pumps in my car when it only has one and charge $2851.20 for repairs I ended up paying $985.55 for elsewhere.
Cost to perform system Diagnostics was $120 showing 4 error codes that needed to be “researched”.
The next day the bill was $2851.21 to include replacement of two fuel pumps, spark plugs, ignition coils and a fan assembly. Per the technician the master technician was in agreement. Timeline 5 days. I questioned whether there was human element to auto repair any longer? Car was towed to another shop and their findings and price was much different. Seems car only has one fuel pump, fuel pump codes were old. I was being charged for something that wasn't needed nor exist. Parts overpriced, ex. Ignition coil ($383.46 vs $63.98), fan assembly ($661.27 vs $172.68), fuel pumps ($427.10 & $165.18 vs $0), etc.
Stay away!
