Willingness to help my baby. Bad reaction to flea topical medicine. Called, came in the immediately took pebbles back bathed her cut her nails. She’s typically a mean cat. She was wonder with them. Dr and staff has a way with the animals!! I live 45 mins away and would travel here to have my baby treated any day. Awesome fast reacting staff.

We live 40 minutes away but followed Dr. Elligott here when she moved here a few years ago. That alone says how I feel about her as a Vet for my cat and dogs and as a person. She took such great care with my Hope's knee surgeries. Then both Dr. Elligott and Dr. Diasti went above and beyond for my Jethro. I've worked at an animal hospital that I hold all hospitals to their standards and I couldn't be happier with the entire staff. They volunteered time and therapy for him in his last 6 months just to make him feel more comfortable. And when Doc found out how much we were paying for his therapy of swimming and underwater treadmill she offered something to us I'll never forget but won't put her on the spot by saying. She knows and me and my wife knows and that's enough for us. The day we had to rush him in to be put under, as we sat with him on the floor crying, everyone came in crying to say goodbye to him also. We were there for hours till we were ready. Then she sat with us and helped us say goodbye to our big love bug. We didn't leave till a couple hours after closing on a Saturday and nobody left till we were ready to go home.

So those and many other little things they have done for us and our pets, it confuses me about the bad reviews about money. Like I've said, I've worked in a veterinarian hospital and on large animal breeding farms, and pets of any kind are expensive. Why would you be surprised they want full payment? Your doctor is the same way. That's just how it works. But to say they are only in it for the money is ludicrous. If you want to get rich, you don't do something as selfless as being a veterinarian. So please ignore those few reviews and read all the others. Thanks to all of you past and now for all you do for your patients.

Lakeside Animal has a wonderful staff that truly cares about the pets. They offer sound and realistic advice and always provide a safe and happy environment for my two dogs. They were amazing when we had a little emergency with one of my dogs a year ago and continue to offer support with poise and professionalism. We love Lakeside!

Dr. Diasti has been treating Data, my 8 year old Westiepoo since he was a puppy at her beautiful facility on Gunn Highway. Lately she performed three major surgeries, one on his ear to treat an Aural Hematoma and two to remove growth from underneath his skin. I was very pleased by how quickly Data recovered from this major surgery . I can’t thank her and her staff enough for all the care and attention that we were provided to facilitate Data’s speedy recovery.

I have been taking my yorkie here for over a year now. After many trips to the vet with skin infections, I decided to do the expensive allergy test. It was well worth it. Now I know what causes her discomfort multiple times a year, which is just about everything outside. They gave me options on how to treat her and make her comfortable when she gets itchy. They always suggest what is best for my dog, but give options. The staff is always caring and helpful every time we are in.

I would not recommend Lakeside Animal Hospital to anyone. This vet office will overcharge you everytime you come in. My wife was the one that was commonly taking the dog to the vet since I work during the days. We bought the "puppy pack" when our dog was 8 weeks old and were told that this purchase included the neuter. Well when it came time to have our dog neutered, they told us one price on the phone, then decided that the surgery could not be done and charged us 100 bucks for that visit and said come back the following visit, then attempted to charge us $300 for a neuter that was supposed to be included in the $400 waste of money puppy pack we purchased. Well I was the one that picked up the dog so I dealt with the bill. A worm medicine that the vet tacked on to the bill (for worms that they couldn't even find) costs $85. I was already infuriated that I had to even pay to have my dog neutered since I had the mindset that it was covered. I googled the worm medicine and found the same

I am very fussy about where and with whom I leave my lab "Murphy". I have been bringing him to Lakeside's Doggie Daycare for several months now and he has even stayed there in their boarding facility. It is so comforting to drive away after dropping him off knowing that he is well cared for. Everyone working there is warm, friendly and obviously loves the animals. I drive 20 mins each way even though there are other facilities closer to me.

I switched to Lakeside a couple years ago and have been very satisfied. They took excellent care of my cat when he was having urinary issues. Even though he had to stay at the hospital a couple of days, they let me visit him everyday and they took great care of him. They have been nothing but caring and compassionate with all of my animals and they have a great doggie daycare and boarding that I utilize all the time. I would highly recommend you check them out!

I would recommend Lakeside Animal Hospital to anyone in need of a good place to take their pets. The doctors and staff are always caring and willing to answer any concerns that arise, whether in person or over the phone. My two pets (Misty & Fuego, both 13 years old) have always been treated with compassion while being seen at Lakeside Animal Hospital. In fact, Misty our Australian Shepherd, would stay there full time if she could, she loves the constant attention and love. Frieda E.

Dr. Diasti is the most caring vet! My dog was very sick with pancreatitis (again!) and she and her staff took so much time with us. We discussed several treatment options and decided to hospitalize Sasha. I didn't want to leave my baby, but the techs were so sweet to her that I knew they would make sure she was comfortable. After two days, she was stable enough to come home. It's been over a week since she's recovered and the office still calls to check on us! Great service, great care, great hospital! I won't take Sasha anywhere else now!
