We were looking around for houses and they were so confident that we would get approved that they talked us into going ahead and leaving a $6000 down payment. We found a better deal. We requested our money back. On the refund contract it says they'll input the request on a Monday and you'll get your money back on Friday that same week. It's now been over two weeks and we still haven't gotten our money back. I wouldn't recommend going there to anyone.

I Shopped Odessa and Midland for over 3 months and this was the best deal on the street. I wouldn't buy from any other location. The Service and Quality from A-1 Homes in Odessa is Amazing!!! I have told my sister about this place and they are about to deliver her home!!! Before you buy you need to check this place out!!

I call the company for information and the sales person hung the phone up in my face. I wanted to pay cash for a mobilehome and the conversation did get past "What can i help you with?" I am highly pissed off!!!!! I will not recommend this place to anyone. i will personally come to A 1 Homes in 2 months to let them know what happened.
