The management here is no good. You give them notice you are moving out and they claim to still evict you to get more money out of you. They also evict you for letting them know someone broke into your car. You also are not allowed to defend yourself if someone is banging on your door with a bat. They state clearly if you have a firearm on the premises whether in your apartment or in your car no matter if you are licensed to carry is an automatic eviction. Don't bother trying to reach the regional manager she doesn't let you talk and keeps over talking you. As far as going higher you will never get a phone call in return from the management higher then the regional manager. The mailbox is always full or you just don't hear back. There's no assigned parking but the tow service sure will tow your friends and family for parking inside the premises while visiting. The harassment is crazy as far as inspections. I had cameras installed due to the break ins and the pest control refused to enter because I had cameras viewing the apartment. These are by far the worst apartments ever. You also will be charged for blinds that melt due to the summer heat.
