Very rude. I called to ask if they did inspection, the man said he did. It was first thing in the morning so I asked if they were open for business yet and he replied so rude and impatiently, I certainly will be taking my business elsewhere. Maybe treat your potential customers a little better, if you even care to have them.

We all need inspection stickers but I'd suggest you get one at another location. Roger the manager is to rude. Avis should find another manager. I was told 4 Times to move to a different line then when moving to the last one Roger comes over with a very bad attitude and says if you don't move your car from this spot I won't inspect your car. I tried to explain he just told me to move here and he says move again then when I ask for his name he says mine to the back of the line. You are last now. I could spend my money else where for this kind of service. Who is the area manager so u can complain? ?? Anyone
