Provided by YP.comI got great personalized service from Beautiful Blinds nearly 4 years ago. I so much appreciated Linda's help. The install was custom and professional. I think it's really sad that there are shoppers out there that feel the deserve something for nothing. What the negative reviewed customer did was shameful. I've recommended Beautiful Blinds several times and will use them again myself.

As a home owner and home builder, I was absolutely thrilled when Linda was able to design and create window coverings for our most challenging windows. It was important to me that I could get light and a view with total privacy at night. I have recommended my friends and customers to them and no one has ever been disappointed. Their prices are extremely competitive and you get wonderful professional care with the installations as well. My husband and I only trust Beautiful Blinds with our homes. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Provided by YP.comI placed an order with Beautiful Blinds and then decided to check with Home Depot and Lowes. They charge 150% more than Lowes. My total for my blinds was around $2000 from them, Lowes price was $800!!!!! It was very difficult to get my refund back they charged a 50% restocking fee. I will never use them ever again. Linda (the owner) says one thing and then does another. She said she is lower than Lowes, when I confronted her. She also said that she is not going to sell me the blinds when I showed her Lowes quote. But charged me over $700 for the one blind that was ordered. Lowes sold it for less than $250!! The gentlemen that installs the blinds ( I think he is the owner also) was very unprofessional and rude when he came to install my blind. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!!!!! I have no idea how they are in business. I am going to tell all my friend to stear away from them.
As the owner of Beautiful Blinds I would like to take the time out of my busy schedule and address this negative review. In an effort to accommodate Ms. P., after her cancelling her shade order, 11 days later (during shipment to us) we agreed to take $65.00 off 1 shade of the same type and brand, as she found a bigger sale elsewhere. Her cost, turn key to us was $314.58 (not $700.00). As for the 4 other custom shades she went from the most expensive (room darkening)fabric to another brand (which we don't sell) and to the most inexpensive of fabric (light filtering). Not comparing apples to apples, she was charged a 25% restock fee (not 50%). Document proof of this will be made available upon request. Along with her newest letter asking me to send her $385.00 to remove her negative review. This amount is more than what she was charged. All in all we have absolutely the greatest customers a business owner could hope for. Celebrating 20 years and we have an A+ rating with zero complaints rating from the BBB.
