The staff was very friendly and the shop was very relaxing. I showed my nail tech a picture of what I wanted and he was able to do it. I will definitely return to Best Nails & spa, they were amazing and did what I wanted.

Loved getting my nails done here and how friendly the owners are. I got eyelash extensions too and everything turned out beautifully as the final result. They offer so many different services! Highly recommend.

Kathy has been doing my eye lash extensions, nails pedicures, and waxing for years. Their new facility is beautiful and relaxing. I have gone to some salons with the music and television blaring but it is calm and serene. I am always asked what I want to drink my children are always offered sodas and given free candy bars and they even have an area for the kids to go play. I always enjoy going to Best Nails. I come out feeling and looking like a million bucks!

Best Nails is the by far the best full service nail salon in Odessa and in West Texas. Their facilities are elegant and tranquil. All of their technicians are superior and qualified and always listen and give you exactly what you want. I have been been going here for over a decade as has my entire family. I highly recommend. The negative above is clearly from a competitor because this is not at all the experiences of any of the clients of Best Nails!

i had to stress. the fact that i wanted my nails absolutely thin and tony the supervisor insisted that he knew what i wanted without me being able to elaborate at all without him being festured he was so terribly turmoiled that i also too for my toes had to indure after asking for a different employee to do my toes with no other choice had to sit through forced agonizing painful horrible yes bloody cuticle digout everything on my feet after an additional add on charge by command of i had twicee double up to unsatisfactory to be told or asked to redo cuticle cutting heel scrub yess two times during the rush job yes same guy i didn't want then now surely slamming my toes around by now because chatting about me in japanese wasnt affecting my conciousness of the fact not only he sucked his teacher royally didnt care about him enough to accommodate any dismays i may have had in any way but was going to knock something off of the price or anything for the matter and yes amongst customers demanded old boi to finish me up and get me out of there and by tony the supervisor it was stated well if i didn't like my nails i could just never come back drilled and even though old boi insisted he didn't want to do my toes any further since i was noticing the great job the toes next to me were handled so curtiously is the only reason i knew he was doing a crappy rush stiff to the point of no relaxation job at a 70 dollar cut all the crusty off my feet job that i surely deserved to the max a fantastically awesome unsatisfactory service as it was the worst i had ever received service do not ever go here!!!!!!

The job was decent enough, but no different than anywhere else. The technician left for 10 minutes while my feet were soaking and returned to ask questions about our lives - I was there with someone. Asking to the point that it became meddling. It turned into a group judging and socially ostracizing experience... ahem! For which I am grateful?
