I needed the carrier bearing to be replaced a $100 part the bill came out to $352 and the guy that was doing the job he didn't know what he was doing.

Overall bad service and overpriced.

First and last time for me.

Charged 2600 for replacing a clutch in a 2001 c class got it back to our shop my fleet mechanic looked at it and clutch was never replaced just the linkage had a new bolt in it

I agree they are very arrogant and cocky . had 2 drivers in the area 1 got a flat tire. lucky my 2 driver happen to be the owner of the company i work for he went to buy the tire keep in mind no labor n we where charged 320.67 for just 1 tire i was a bit upset see as thst i called ahead for a price. boss didnt seem to mind the price n swiped the company visa 2 months later we see they charge agian n none of our drivers were there to charge 199.02 when we called to ask for a recipet or reimburstment he hung up n refused to answer any more of our calls the owner had to call from a private number n still then he yelled screamed n threated us AVOID THIS PLACE GO NEXT DOOR THE LOVE'S

We just used this company for the first and last time today. After quoting $596 for a roadside repair the owner decided to charge $664.00 with no real good explanation other than his employee made a mistake on the calculation. When pressed to honor his commitment he yelled at my manager and demanded to speak to me. I couldn't reach him after that. I would also say, AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Got a flat on my trailer, but thankfully, had my own spare. Thought: "Piece of Cake"..Stopped by their shop for pricing. The owner said she would charge a service call of $250 plus labor. Service call? I was AT their location!! I expressed that it was a bit much for being there. She stated "that's my charge". I called Love's Truck Stop and their fee was $33 dollars. I told her

I would go ahead and take my business next door and she expressed nothing but a cocky, arrogant, attitude. Businesses like this only survive because people become stranded, but like a previous reviewer said, HIGHWAY ROBBERY, but I will add: AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE if u can!

D & D replaced the starter on my f-250 and charged me $571.70 the parts cost $200.00 and the rest was labor for a 45 minute repair.I was told the labor would be $90.00,after the job was completed the bill jumped to $571.70. I was from out of town and stranded in there parking lot and they took advantage of me.I have been a fleet maintenance manager for over 10 years so i know something about labor rates and this was just highway robbery.
