As of right now, we are the only ones in the West Texas area that can complete acceptance testing of new fire protection systems, including underground and top of ground hydrotest and fire alarm systems. We provide third party reviews for:

~ all fire protection,~ required fire and life safety systems,~ acceptance tests,

~ fire inspections,~ finals for certificate of occupancy.

All this is very helpful to municipalites that do not have certified fire inspectors, which are needed due to House Bill 3866, which states the following

The Life Code Inspections, Texas Government Code Section 419.908, passed by Texas Legislature in 2009 state the following:



Only an individual certified by the Texas Commission on Fire Protection as a Fire Inspector may conduct a fire safety inspection required by state or local law, rule, regulation or ordinance. In addition, it must be conducted in accordance with:

1. The most recent local fire code; or

2. The most recent local fire code adopted by the State Fire Marshall.
