Unfortunately the Odessa office has really really gone down! Been going for almost a decade and today I went and got charged an extra "examination" fee because it's been 6 months since my last visit! Again, almost 10 years and this has NEVER been a problem. It's too bad that this doc has begun to screw people and the amazing head receptionist has now been replaced with a fairly incompetent lady. $180 later, I will never be back. They didn't just lose two patients; I will be letting friends and family know as well. Quiroz needs to watch this place closer. Time to find another chiropractor who cares about patients and doesn't try to nickel and dime loyal, long-term patients. Customer service isn't what it used to be and this place is a prime example!

This office is great. I would recommend it to anyone who asks, i have scoliosis and their treatment & adjustments give me such relief.

HQ chiropractic is an amazing office. The employees are great, they are attentive. They give you amazing treatment and I started feeling better as soon as I left their office. I recommend HQ to those with serious back pain.

It was an awesome experience being adjusted by Dr. Richards. He knows what he's doing and will take care of you!

I didn'd know where to go after a wreck I had but HQ helped get me feeling better, gave me info on fixing my car and I was educated about my rights . When I didnt know what to do, HQ led me in the right direction and I feel great! This is where I go for all my aches and pains now. Thanks HQ
