Don came to our building site. We are building a CUSTOM home. We have a 40X60 shop with 20X60 awning, all concrete, concrete drive way, water, and septic. He gave $20,000 on a property that is $28,000 and NO CREDIT for the water or septic. He gave us building at $115 a square ft on a 2800 a square ft house. Where can you build a custom home for that price. Here's the best part the house is 4500 square ft. So we didn't get anything for the outdoor living space 944 square ft with fans, electric and kitchen. We didnt get water well, septic, landscaping, driveways.etc. Don didn't even get out of his car! When the bank told him about everything we didn't get credit for and that it cost $150 a square ft to build and asked to adjust the appraisal. HE SAID NO. So now I have to start all over with another bank because banks have to take the lowest bid. So if this happens to you please don't get mad at the bank. Now I'm months out and out $800 and I get to start over. But I will do my best to help the bank have him removed. Don came from Tennessee. WONDER WHY!
