I asked for a tech to come out to residence. Regulator on heater was not working. They claimed i had a cracked heater exchange.
Tried to push a sale of a brand new heater .
Left my heater torn apart. Called another licenced repair and they came out and fixed the regulator and found i dod not have a cracked heat exchange. Very nasty work , unprofessional. Sent me a bill for uncompleted service call. Refuse to be robbed. Reason is my heater was less than it was when they left. Should of put it back together and had gas disconnected, as they said they would. Screws and parts left laying on floor. My repair because of parts missing cost more to fix.
