Deplorable, Poor Customer Service

We are first time buyers! We were harassed by the financial manager for exercising a consumer right to cancel a new vehicle extended service agreement which is a written consumer right located on back of the agreement. We emphasize "written". We asked for higher management to alleviate the situation and we got the same harassment!! Poor Customer service from these guys! The guys that handle the actual paperwork offended us on every level of customer service. The only pleasant experience was dealing with the actual sales person that sold us the vehicle. We won't be going back to this dealership!
