Bill Dodson who owns Paradigm is not a kind person. I would not recommend his facility. I did not have a pleasant experience with his clinic.

Bill the PT who runs and owns Paradigm is extremely unprofessional! He yells at patients and personnel across the gym to prove that he is in charge. He does not tailer a program specific to you and your needs, everyone who had a knee surgery gets the same workout. After being hurt there I never went back! According to my new physical therapist half of the workouts I was doing there were too advanced for my injury, and they were not addressing key areas of recovery. Probably because he never came to check on me or my recovery status! The girls there were very nice however, and I do feel sorry for the ones that stick around and have to deal with him and his mood swings! Did I also mention he is extremely unprofessional when dealing with patients?!? I honestly don't know how he has any clientele.

I had a life-changing experience at Paradigm Physical Therapy. Prior to being seen here I was unable to walk properly due to a knee injury. After surgery my doctor referred me to them. Within a matter of a month I was back walking. Everyone there was very nice, extremely knowledgeable and very willing to help. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
