Poor quality work

Uses contract labor. No supervision Purchased laminate flooring pieces did not match. Would not take care of the problem. Did not return phone calls as promised.

Horrible customer service!!

Horrible customer service. Had carpet installed and the seam was very visible. Was told it would go away. 6 months later it was still there and and was beginning to fray. When we called Pinner they told us those contracters no longer worked for them and we should have called sooner. Were told they had no contractors to service our area. Problem was never fixed. Had 5 yr warranty on carpet..
