Contacted this "company" to complete a service call for one of my customers. Carlos said he would complete it at 6pm same day. Customer was fine with 6pm. We called Carlos at 8pm as still have not heard from Carlos in regards to him completing the service call. He texts me 9am next morning with an excuse as to why he could not not complete it. Basically a no call/no show. Pretty much the worst thing you can do as a technician. If anyone is looking to use this company to service any of their customers, I would look elsewhere. Avoid.
