My name is Mr. Freeman and I purchaced a set of rims and tires from the midland store two days ago. By the time it was all said and done, I needed to get home. I left and felt and heard a rubbing kinda feel. I called the midland store and they proceeded to tell me they had three cars in the bay and I would have to wait for like 2or3 hours to get any help. Then I remembered that they said they could help me a any Rent a Wheel location. Called the odessa store and briefly explained what was happening and what the Midland store had said. I am a professional truck driver and don't have the luxury of making appointmends. They told me to bring it in and when I arrived they immediately took my keys and drove it to the back. Mr. Frank, upon further inspection informed me that the tire was rubbing on the stabilizer bar on the rear tires, and that if left unattended could of caused a blowout. HELLO!! That's why I got new tires and rims. Not because they were pretty or just wanted a change. My old ones were shot!! And how could anyone let something like that leave their shoo??? Not only that, Mr. Frank asked for my key to the locking lug nuts. I told him it was supposed to be in the glove box. When he found it, it was Broke!!!! Unusable!!! Can you believe it????? I am NOT happy with the dealings at the midland store on big springs!!! But, on the other hand, I am blessed to find someone like Frank at the odessa store that took the time to not only diagnose the problem but fix it as well.

Great customer service. Great tires and rims . Fast service..great payment plan.I have even reffered others there.
