Teresa Valero was very unprofessional. She took one look at me and I could tell she automatically didn't like me. She only asked what happened for the reason I was there under cps court order. She never counseled. After four sessions with her she reported to cps and several other people (who were not authorized to get any information) that I was in denial. From the very moment I could tell she was bias, I felt very uncomfortable around her and uncomfortable to reveal any information for fear she would give a bad review. Which as I figured, she did. Now she has told cps that she thinks that I am in denial, as she told the other individuals she was not authorized to tell. She has violated her hippa rights. I have now retained a new counselor in hopes this will reverse her ridiculous report to cps and recommendation to terminate my rights to my children. Please take caution before you decide to use her as your counselor. I give her no stars but I have to put at least one in order to submit this review.
