This is an O.K. place if you need something to hold you over while you are on the job. If you are relocating your family, I just want to inform you of some things I had to deal with while living here. First, these are old units and in Odessa. Odessa is notoriously dusty and these units are poorly insulated. I could vacuum everyday and still pour out tons of dirt. My allergies were terrible because of years of dust build up. Second, our electric bill was always so high. Again, in Odessa and poorly insulated = high electric bill. The appliances are very old. We hardly used the dishwasher. Coin laundry, and they work most of the time; however, if you go back to your apartment, pay attention to the time. Several times I came back and my clothes were thrown on the floor or just tossed aside. The office staff are not friendly at all, so I always avoided having to talk to them.
