y'all should do better! Weidner properties are a f*cking joke! Piece of sh*t as* wanna-be luxury apartments! The only good reviews are probably from themselves and the office staff spending their free time on Facebook! Not 1 of them give a f*ck about the residents or the issues! Crooked as* bi*ches don't even get commission to sell you what you "thought" would be a nice place to call home! F*ck yourselves. Adriana Montiel and Becky Heald should nt b in the positions they are in!!

This is by far the BEST apartment complex in the area. Both the exterior and interior of the units are exquisite, well-maintained, and top of the line. Community Director Adriana is a seasoned professional who puts in a maximum effort to assure that all tenant needs are taken care of ASAP. I have rented luxury apartments all over the country for over a decade, and I have NEVER worked with a Leasing Consultant of the elite caliber of Lauren. Her extraordinary emphasis on going over and above the normal customer experience is most impressive. Far and away, Tuscany at Faudree is the luxury complex of choice in Midland/Odessa. I have rented the last 8 years, and this place takes 1st place in being the worst in all areas: 1.) Most grass areas will contain some forum of poop, and only cleaned up after the grass is mowed sometimes before. 2.) People like to allow there dogs off the leash and that even includes the staff that lives at the complex. (Why have rules if your own staff can't follow them.) 3.) Pool and jacuzzii broken most of the summer or had a weird discoloration. 4.) I get charged a trash fee yet it seems to be full most of the time and people just litter. 5.) Fights have broken out in the pool only to have the police come and regulate the adults. (Childern seem to act better than the adults at the complex.) 6.) Parking can't be found on weekends from time to time. 7.) Wreckless drivers can be found speeding and reveving engines at the complex. I could continue to write, but I think you have an idea of the place. Lastly, the staff is RUDE and lacking in customer service skills.

When I moved in during the summer(JUNE) this was the only apartment complex who had a three bedroom for rent. Coming from out-of-state 1900 a-month was shocking. Sure I paid 2300, before where I lived but it was San Diego. When I signed the contract they placed a CLAUSE that would prevent me from allowing me to break the contract for a fee. I would be held responsible for the whole 10 months. I knew then that something had to be wrong! Everyday during the summer I would go to the pool only to find out it was LOCKED! I would go to the office they would open it and we would repeat the cycle the next day. Every Friday and Saturday I am awoken at 3 or 4am by the blazing music and dual exhaust system in some college student mustang. Many occasions I have had to call OPD for noise pollution. Every morning I find trash and feeces that people just can't muster some energy and pick up after themselves. It was impossible to find parking until November when the gate was finally installed. Many residents allow their pets to run loose around the complex. On several occasion i contacted the office about issues and they would brush me off telling me they will take care of it! To give them some credit they have gotten better about resolving some of the issues. Moral of this POST: STAY AWAY this complex is SEVERALLY OVERPRICED and managment is average at best!

I love it here! I had trouble with parking at the begininng but once the gate was fixed that problem was resolved. Maintenance work are done quick. I do agree about dog wastes, some residents are disrepectful and do not pick up after their pets or put their dogs on a leash but I have seen the manager enforce pet rules. I would recommend this place to friends!

While in the middle of signing the agreement we were told that the bedrooms, and livingroom had no light fixtures and were on back order for a few months.... We were told we would get a construction discount. Several months later they still advertise the amount we were offered... In the first month I had 3 work service orders issued to the office one of them took well over a week. Dog fecees seems to be the theme of the complex as many owners dont use bags to pick after their pets. stay away its not "luxury"

These people are a nightmare! We checked out a place simply because they are the only place with open apartments. They tried giving us the run around several time then when we go approved for everything it was a weekend. We have to have the utilities set up but can get anything until 3days after our move in they refuse to let us move in later and are adding to the rent for electric. I don't recommend these apartments to anyone. We havent even started living there and already cant wait to move out.
