Jyoti Kulkarni, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who treats patients of all ages, from newborns to adults. She provides preventative care, including annual wellness exams, well-woman exams, men’s health, vaccinations, pre-employment physicals and manages acute and chronic conditions. She treats a wide range of conditions, including cold and flu symptoms, asthma, allergies, ADHD, anxiety and depression, COPD, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, thyroid disease, obesity, osteoporosis, tobacco use, urinary tract infections and more. Dr. Kulkarni is a primary care provider who focuses on preventive care and coordination of patient care between specialties. She chose family medicine to provide comprehensive, patient-centered and community-based care. Dr. Kulkarni enjoys developing long-term relationships with her patients and involving them in their care plans. Dr. Kulkarni grew up in a small town in western India and enjoys traveling, reading, walking, hiking and participating in community health fairs. Dr. Kulkarni earned her medical degree at the Lokmanya Tilak Medical School in Mumbai, India and completed her family medicine residency at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
