Sunday afternoon driving from Milwaukee to Denver when my transmission overheats and pukes fluid all over itself 12 miles or so East of Ogallala Nebraska leaving me and the family stranded. I searched and Moble Mec seemed the best. Patrick answered the phone promptly and gave a reasonable time for arrival. He towed us to Walmart and guided me to the automotive section where I bought AT fluid and funnel. We added more fluid and were good to go. While assisting us he received calls from other motorists in need of a tow. I heard him tell one caller he was a far distance and too costly for the customer. Patrick referred him to another closer cheaper tow service. All together Patrick spent an hour with us to be sure we were okay. Along the way we shared stories and made the best of an inconvenient situation. Great service. Very reasonable cost. Smartphone savvy. Payment by Square. Receipt emailed to me. Very happy with Patrick.
