Update: March 6,2020.
Beckstom has now created a HUGE safety issue. When placing the radiator back into our vehicle they pinched the fuel line. They called last Thursday February 27th stating our car was completed and we could pick it up. There is still visual damage on the hood and they stated "There is nothing more we can do". Friday morning we picked up the vehicle. Drove it from Ogden to Brigham. Monday morning we filled the gas tank up, started to drive and it stopped and did not drive more than 10mph. We parked the car and called Beckstrom. They told us to drive it to the dealership in Brigham City.
Thank Goodness!!!! Heritage Dodge knows what the HELL they are doing :). After looking at the car and seeing the gas poring out of the fuel line. Further inspection the fuel line was pinched and it had created a hole. We are sooo lucky nothing sparked, as it would have been automatic fire. The entire fuel tank emptied in less than 10 minutes. This is all due to the complete negligence on Beckstrom AutoBody.
Come to find out, the check engine light that was on last week and tested by a dealership in Riverdale. They notified Beckstrom of the issue. Beckstrom told them to just reset the engine light.
The complete negligence and lack of safety and concern that Beckstrom took is not ok! We are truly lucky that we were not injured.
As far as customer service. Beckstrom does not CARE. Talking with them on Monday March 2nd, the women laughed and thought that our situation was worth laughing at. As I yelled that this is not funny, she stated "Well, what do you want us to do about it". Also, I have requested that the owner return our call on four occasions. One being Monday. The women stated "The owner is out of the country and no one is in charge, we all work as a team so no one can really call you back".
We now have a permanently damaged car, that has been "fixed" since November 12th, 2019. The four months were a game with Beckstrom. They put not only our family in danger by their actions, but also others that are working on the vehicle to bring it back to a safe vehicle to drive.
DO NOT Use Beckstrom! They refused to answer the complaint through the Better Business Bureau, refused to return phone calls and in short they do not care about your safety and or your business, as laughing at the customer is their way of showing customer service.
Update: We still do not have our vehicle, and or resolution. They have had our car for 14 weeks. Between there dishonesty and lack of planning we are again waiting.... I would strongly recommended if your looking for an autobody shop, find someone other than Beckstrom.
We have had two completely different experiences with Beckstrom. First was Sept 2018. Wonderful communication, quick response and things went well.
The second experience was this year. After several issues and miscommunications. We have been out a vehicle for 6 weeks, and possibly another 2 weeks waiting for the final repairs to be completed.

This is my 2nd time back to the Beckstroms. I had such a good experience the first time that I didn't hesitate to go back the 2nd time. The people were great to work with and the body work and paint always turns out great. I highly recommend them.

This was my first time taking my car to an Auto Body repair place. I had no clue what to do but the Beckstroms gave me a bid and explained what would happen to my car. I was very pleased and felt at ease. They got my car done in a timely manor and it looked great. I was very happy and would defiantly take my car back in the future. I just really appreciate honest people.

I took my truck to the Beckstroms and I was very pleased with the outcome. Not only did my truck turn out great, I really enjoyed talking with the staff. They were very nice and helpful. I would get calls from them with updates on my truck. If I ever need work done again I would take my vehicles back to them. I would also recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you for your awesome skills.

Provided by YP.comI took my car to Beckstrom body shop and had a great experience with them. When I dropped it off on Monday, they told me it would be done by Friday because I needed my car back for the weekend. To my surprise, they called me Thursday and told me it was done. I picked it up and it looked fantastic. Better than it had before the accident! Great service and great to work with.

Provided by YP.comThe same day of the accident I had an estimate done by John Chevalier Collision Centerz collision repair shop and it came out to be ~2400.00 dollars. I stopped by Beckstrom Body Shop to get an estimate for the work needed on my car, because it was what my insurance recommended. That day Jason Beckstrom promised me that all the work on the car would be done in five (5) days and that they would return it to me by Friday the 9th of February if I brought it in to the shop on Monday the 5th of February. The estimate Jason Beckstrom had given me was for 2539.59 and it included replacing some parts with new ones, like the hood, because they were beyond repair as Jason Beckstrom explained to me.
I brought my car into the Beckstrom Shop on Sunday the 4th of February so that they would have it early Monday as they had instructed, so that I could have it back by that following Friday the 9th and reduce car rental costs
On Thursday the 8th I called Jason Beckstrom and he informed me that they were not going to be able to give me my car because they did not receive the correct bumper. But he told me that I would be done on Monday at noon. I then asked him what was going to happen with my rental since I now had to keep my rental for longer than he had initially promised. He informed me that since I was going to get it back on Monday that he was willing to help me out and pay for the extended time that I would need the rental for. So we left it at that
On the coming Monday I called back around noon and they told me that it was not done yet but that it would be done by 5:30. So I called at 5:30 and they said that it was not finished yet and that it would be sure finished on Tuesday at noon. So I called back Tuesday at noon and they once again said that I had to wait until 5:30 to pick it up. When I called at 5:30 on Tuesday to pick it up they said that they had received the wrong part and that it would not be until Wednesday at noon. So Wednesday at noon I called back to check on the status of my vehicle that was now in the shop for twice the time that they had promised me and they said that I was being finished up and that it would be done by 5 that evening. When I called later that evening at 5 they told me that the car was not done but that it was drivable. When I got to the shop the car’s left headlight did not work but I had to take my car because I could not keep paying for this rental just because the shop could not get the parts right.
After all of this lying and misinforming on the Body shop’s part, I went home to take a look at the work they had done. This is where I found out that there were parts missing that were there when it went into the shop on the side of the vehicle that was not involved in the accident, I also found broken parts on the accident side that had not been replaced and I also found out that they had not gone with a new hood like they had told me but rather tried to fix it without informing me and of course failed to leave it in the good condition anyone would expect.
Two body shop technicians met me at a parking lot the next day, away from the body shop, to try and fix the headlight because Jason Beckstrom said he did not want me in his shop any more. Once again after failing to fix the headlight the technicians told me that when they had ordered a 1500.00 dollar wiring harness, they did not actually install the entire new part (in order to save time and labor) but instead cut the section out that they thought was the bad part and replaced only that section. Turns out this did not fix the issue and Jason Beckstrom said that he does not want to continue fixing the car but rather that I take it to another shop in town and let them deal with it.
So twelve (12) days later, I still don’t have my car in fully operational condition and I’ve had to pay for my rental double what I was supposed to when this was going to be a five (5) day job as they had promised.

I have had several of my car's at beckstrom bodyshop. My mother-in-law, and her sister has all their work done there now. I loved having the updates from shawn. He was a great help. I have had nothing but good experiances with that shop and i will go nowhere else.

I have used Beckstrom Body Shop more times than I can remember over the past 13 years. We have had new drivers wrecking cars and I am taking my car there today, because I backed into a short pole that I couldn't see in the snow. I have always been extremely happy with the repairs. The owners have always been honest and I have received quick, but thorough service. I have never seen either Lisa, or Jay outside of their business location, but obviously remember their names and they remember me. My daughter just took her car there when her dealership quoted a huge price to do the repair she needed. Beckstrom's were willing to do what she really needed at a much lower cost. I completely trust their service and have never found a reason to be even slightly unhappy.

I would never do business with Beckstrom again. ###Their workers drove our car without our permission, damaged it, and then they refused to fix or pay for it. ###I'm not going to write all the problems here, but we recieved very poor service, i don't think it could have been worse. There are a lot of other places out there.
