I read the poor review given Big Bear Day Care with great distress. I happen to know the situation with the child the mother describes. He was aggressive and was a biter - a child the other children learned to fear. He bit and was aggressive not because there was not enough supervision. There are two providers in the home at all times for a handful of children. The providers tried their best to meet the needs of this child and also protect the other children. It was only after all attempts were made to mediate the problem, that they had to ask the mother to find another facility for her child. My child has learned so much since going there. It is an EXCELLENT program! I absolutely love this daycare and hate to see a disgruntled parent badmouth it Shame on you. Look to the real reasons your child is aggressive rather than blame it on Big Bear Day Care. Perhaps he needs professional help
