The fenced turned out great, better than I imagined it to be even with a rock retaining wall in the mix. Sid and the guys made sure the job was just how we wanted it. The quality, price,materials and workmanship was awesome! They came recommended to me and I would recommend them to you.

Sid and his crew were great. the guys did a great. I am very pleased with the way the fence turned out. This was a fairly big job; fenced off more than an acre with chain link fence! It turned out really good. As costly as it was, the price they quoted me was very competitive compared to some of the other estimates from other companies. They used very robust material. they called and communicated with me while working to double check things instead of just going ahead and do whatever.I highly recommend them!

Brimhall fence did an amazing job on our custom ornamental iron fence project. They also Installed a entry system with gate operators. Their installers were very knowlegeable and polite. I would highly recommend Brimhall Fence Company to anyone. Customer service was above and beyond ,they went out of their way to ensure everything was done right.

Twice I have had a appointment for an estimate, and now twice no one has bothered to show up. I've wasted a total of 3 hours of my time waiting now. After the first no show I should have known better than to give them a second chance, but disappointingly, I did... And was burned again.Unless you have a lot of extra time to waste sitting around waiting for someone who does not even have the courtesy to call and say they cannot make it, then please avoid Brimhall Fence!

Brimhall Fence did an exceptional job on our fence. There crews where professional and what they told us they would do they did. They showed up in a timely manner. Great Job! Brimhall Fence! I will recomend you to my friends!

I have called this company 3 times for a simple bid with one promise to make it out on a Saturday to take a look. He never showed and never called. Very disappointed in his lack of follow thru.

we called them for a bid, we needed help because a different fence company ditched us in the middle of a insurance claim, so brimhall came right over that night and gave us a bid. he was very helpful, kind and really quick. no one else could have come that fast. we really appriciated his help. also, his bid was quite a bit lower then the other three companies that gave us a bid. thanks so much!!!

Brimhall visited to view the job and give me an estimate however, he couldn't give me an estimate on site as he had to 'put a pencil on it'. It's been three weeks and I haven't heard from him.

Well I think it's a normal service level for Businesses in Utah, Called the morning of 3/5/12 and explained I needed some fence work done and asked when we could meet and take a look at what I needed done, and was told that he would call me back, Here we are a week later and have had no call. I know its hard to get service of any kind in this state and they all want a pay check, but not many want to work, The rating for this business is way off, byer beware !!!!

After a major windstorm, my rear fence was blown down and needing major repair. I contacted Brimhall Fence and received a bid within 2 days. Due to the damage in the area, they could not immediately repair the fence. However, in a short and reasonable time, a crew arrived and made the repairs. The crew was very professional and did and excellent job.

A tree from the vacants neighbors home fell down in a wind storm and went through our wooden fence into our backyard. I called Brimhalls Fence Co. and asked for 3 bids, one to repair the fence part that was broken, another to fix the break and add support to the entire fence and another bid for a 6' vinyl fence replacement that I could compare to another Vinyl fence bid I had received. All the bids were very fair priced the Vinyl bid several hundred dollars below the competition. Without the neighbors support for his downed tree or help with our fence I wnrt with option 2. The work was completed ahead of schedule and very well done. The work crew worked hard and they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I am glad we chose Brimhalls, trust them to be fair, honest and good to work with.

I called Brimhall again because they had done fence repair for us some years ago. I described the repair needed and got a rough guess of cost, accompanied by a statement that he would come to the house "after tomorrow" to see it in person and provide a more reliable estimate. That was twenty days ago, and I have not heard back from him -- no appearance, no call, no estimate.The repair from 8-10 years ago is still standing, and I was adequately satisfied with the experience at that time. In fact, if he'd shown up this time within a few days to give an estimate, I would have accepted it just to avoid the hassle of getting a second one. But... he didn't.Dex asks for details on what the company could do to improve. First, follow through with what you've said you'll do. Second, if something unforeseen interferes with that, then call and let me know. Third, if simply too busy to add more work to the schedule, let me know when I call rather than saying you'll come.

I called to get a bid on a fence job with gates in my back yard and made an appointment for 5:30 pm for the guy to come out. He never called and never showed up.

These guys serviced my gate and did an incredible job. Quick and reliable i would recommend them to anyone. Give them a call.
