We bought a house built by Ryan Jones and are continually finding issues. From gas pipes that leak to light fixtures that were not installed correctly to water damage. STAY AWAY!

These guys are the laughing stock of all builders. If i could do any less than 1 star i would. It is a family owned company, Ryan has bi-polar issues for sure. Glade was more disrespectful to us than anyone, the guy doesn't have a clue. The work on our home is very suspect and already having issues with a leaking roof.

This guy has a serious bi-polar issue and is very deceitful. He promises the skies and provides crappy work. Stay clear!

Cal-Ute built our home and we have had non-stop problems with our windows {condensation and cracks). We have left several messages with their Secretary promising to get the message delivered but, have never gotten a returned call. I need the window contractor information to get these replaced! If they don't have the information the least they could do is return my call!!

Being very happy with Calute homes I want to say I was amazed at the way another builder in the valley talked down their competition. I know times have been tough but that's not the way to get business. One reason I trusted Calute Homes and Ryan Jones is he didn't feel the need to bad talk his competition. He only showed us why we should work with him, which we are happy we did.

WOW! If you are desperate to build or purchase a new home, then go with this builder/real estate agency. Otherwise, stay clear. Temper, deceitful, name calling, etc will make me go elsewhere next time!
