Unfortunately, my experience with this particular location wasn't a good one. It was a hard lesson learned having to do with a defective $3000 mattress, non-responsive management, an uncooperative manufacturer (Bountiful Rest Mattress), and a 20-year warranty not worth the paper it was printed on. My best advice? Never take any warranty talk at face value and ask lots of questions.
