Rather than the hired help, Rob and John are MODELERS. Their knowledge of Destination Hobbies entire stock is notable. They are very friendly, helpful, upbeat and enthusiastic. The store stock is plentiful and broad. You'll undoubtedly walk out with what you need. If you haven't been there, GO and see for yourself.

I fly and drive rc. I was very happy to find this store. Very helpful staff, always friendly. Willing to answer all my questions. The only downside is they sell out of somethings pretty quick, but they usually have it in for me within a couple of days. I would, and do, recommend them to my friends.

Have done model rockets forever, just got into planes and helis. These guys have been great to work with, even though I am asking the most basic of questions to get started. I am really happy they are here. They have been friendly and helpful when making small or large purchases.

I'm very pleased with the service. I agree that they are more insterested in heling you make the right choices rather then just making the sale. I'm a fan of the Savage X so I deal with Rob mostly (he has the most knowledge about HPI stuff) and he has been more then helpfull to me. I shop on the net as well and Destinations prices are very compatible with Tower Hobbies.

I have been in this shop a few times, I wish that there was somewhere else locally to buy my RC supplies. The guys behind the counter here mostly are snooty and aloof. To good to really help you, even when you drop big money with them. I suggest buying on-line, you get the same service there. Talking to these guys is like talking to your computer screen.

They are more interested in helping than making a sale.
