Horrible customer service and does not fulfill contractual obligation?sI went out to put my trash can in today and noticed that it was half to 2/3 for the trash was loose in it so I don?t know why they wouldn?t have dumped. I contacted the condo asked and spoke to the first gal who answered the phone and was told there was nothing they could do for me after getting nowhere with her I have to speak with the manager. I spoke with a woman named Keisha who told me the same thing. Which was build up piles of trash at your private residence and will pick it up next week. I was told that it was inconvenient for them to send a truck out because there was no one in the area. It?s very inconvenient for me not to mention unsanitary to build up piles of trash at my home because I don?t have room in my trashcan. This is not how you treat customers.

Every time I have a construction job or a huge clean up job Econo Waste are the first I call, I have shopped around and every time they seem to be the cheapest. Also you can talk directly to someone instead of an answering machine, fast and CHEAP!!! But great quality service
