Provided by YP.comGreat to work with. I went from the headache of managing my own places to using these guys. Best decision ever! My places were rented quickly with higher rent than I could get on my own. They do a lot of in house repairs which cut the price down from when I was hiring it out on my own.

Provided by YP.comLance was very responsive to my wife and me as we were going through the process of purchasing our lot. It was a long process because we were picky about where we wanted to live. Lance never tired of showing us new places until we found what we wanted. I was also impressed with how he handled the negotiations, and I feel we couldn't have done better on the deal. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I also plan on using them when I rent out my home. I couldn't be happier.

Provided by YP.comGreat people. Great service. I have rented from many many companies and each time have been disappointed. I needed a bigger space for my family and I and came across Froerer. They were professional from the beginning, and have not fallen short to this day.

Provided by YP.comFroerer Property Management was the company we hired July 2014 to manage our South Ogden single family home. I can commend this company for getting the house rented within a week of hiring them; however, they put slobs in our house who would not take their trash out to the curb for weeks and allow it to overflow and blow all over the neighborhood. Froerer Property Management would also need to be reminded repeatedly to complete work orders such as fix the gutters, turn on the sprinklers, fix the gates, paint the trim.
In February 2015, a hot dog trailer (to sell hot dogs at events) appeared in the driveway. We asked the property manager in March to have it removed because it is an eyesore. The property manager states per city ordinances, the tenant can park it there. Well, per my lease agreement anything I do not like and ask to be removed, must be removed. We've asked the property manager four times to get it removed or store it out of site. It is still there in my driveway today, 5/6/2015.
In March 2015, our neighbors informed us that there are 2 men living at the house. There are only 2 women and 3 children on the lease. Two more men would put the occupancy over the limit, but also breaches the contract because these men are not on the lease. We asked the property manager to investigate. He came back with the men were there for lunch and that the neighbors are discriminating. We pressed the property manager to investigate further in the coming weeks because we were convinced those men live there. The property manager said he would follow up, but then we would never hear from him. We would then remind the property manager about our request and he would say he would look into it and get back with us. This has been going on since 3/14/2015. He continues to avoid giving us a status update as to the men, their vehicles, removing the hot dog cart, and the rusty unregistered boat that sits on the RV pad. I've also attempted to contact the owner of this business to impress upon his employee to tend to our property and he has not responded either.
In January 2015, there was a break in at the property. Recently I have obtained the CSI report detailing the break in. The one man's name who I have been alleging lives there, is included in the report and he admits to the officer that he lives there. This particular man is now a convicted felon in Utah State Prison related to burglary and attempted murder charges stemming from an incident in July 2014.
I've submitted some pictures to demonstrate Froerer's customer service. Trust me, you don't want them near your property.

Provided by YP.comLance and his team gave me the professional respect and amazing service that makes all the difference. I would not have rented my house if not for the great job he and his team have done for me. Thanks and I look forward to many more years of working together.

Provided by YP.comI wanted to let everyobdy know before they go to Froerer that you ll save a ton of time if you go there first. Seriously, I can t tell you how many places I looked at and how much time I wasted trying to find a place on my own. Then i tried a couple of companies that said they have awesome places. It s crazy what they thought was awesome. Anyway, one day I stumbled across a number for froerer, and when I called it was immediately a different experience. A nice lady answered the phone and then she put me in touch with someone that could actually help me... froerer really did have an awesome place for me! It s been great. Thanks you for your helping me find the perfect pad.

Provided by YP.comWe've been renting an appartment with froerer for a couple of years now in salt lake and it's been awesome. we've really liked the apt and the area. Salt lake is beautiful. And anytime we have a problem, even if its something little, they're always on it to come help and get things fixed. It's a great setup.

Provided by YP.comMy fiancé and I rented an apartment from Froerer Real Estate for a year in Centerville Utah. We always paid our rent on time and left the apartment in excellent condition. We took pictures when we moved in to show what things were damaged and sent them to the company when we first moved in. We wanted to ensure that we weren't charged for things that were present prior to us moving in.
Upon moving out we cleaned the apartment thoroughly and did a walk through inspection with an agent from Froerer who said that the apartment was in very good condition. She did mention that there were some small spots on the carpet in the living room that might need to be cleaned. It should be noted that our entire apartment was 550 square feet. The bathroom and kitchen are tiled.
On 10/20 I received a breakdown of the money they took out of our $550 deposit: $150 (non-refundable, which was agreed upon in our lease), $150 to repair stains in the carpet, $100 for paint and patches and $26.00 to repair broken items. This concerned us because these repairs were minor at best and seemed very high for such a small apartment.
On 10/23 my fiance called Froerer Real Estate to ask for an explanation of the charges. The same agent who did the walk through could not give him any clarification. He explained that we had been good tenants. He expressed that without clarification, these prices were unsatisfactory. She explained that she did not have an answer and that he was "just going to have to be disappointed" then hung up on him.
I am a teacher and my fiance works for a software company. We are not low lives that leave things in disrepair or try to swindle people out of money. We have references and neighbors who lived in the apartment complex that can attest to that. All we ask is that there be an explanation of the high charges, especially for a 550 square foot apartment that was left in excellent condition. We feel that we were not treated with respect and that her defensive behavior suggests that these charges are inaccurate.
