We have over 200,000 miles on our vehicle and whenever we have a problem or need scheduled maintenance on it Jensen Auto has been able and willing to do whatever is needed. A couple of years ago we thought we were going to have to replace our expedition but they fixed it and it is still a great vehicle we can depend on.

I have always taken my car to Jensen Auto to get my car repaired, but when it was time to get my safety and emission done I went to Big O because it was right next to my work and they offered a free safety. Big O failed my safety and said I needed $900 worth of work done for it to pass. I called Jensen auto to fix it, instead they re-tested the safety and it came back that it was safe and still within the parameters of passing. Now I will always remember to choose trustworthy over convenience.

One of the very few auto repair shops that have honesty and integrity. Have used them for 10 years and will continue to do so.

Paul Jenson has worked on my cars and trucks for the last 25 years and i have nothing but good to say about them. Not always the least expensive, have gone to other places who have quoted lower price because i know several people in the car repair business, but i always go back to paul because i know they really look over your car and are going to spot problems. makes me feel safer because i know not only did they fix what i took it in for i get a complete inspection every time, gilbert is a great mechanic and everyone there is very good. if you are concerned with the safety of your car take it to jensens.

Paul Jensen has been fixing my vehicles for the past 8 years and the service has always been excellent and reasonably priced. He's never let me down and I'll continue to take my vehicles to Jensen Auto.

Not only did I get a reply right away, but I got an appointment, a diagnosis and repairs done in an incredibly short amount of time! They were very friendly and even dropped me off at work and picked me up when the car was done! I just moved here a few months ago and I was afraid I wouldn't find a trustworthy repair shop like the one I used to have, but I'll definitely be back!

Paul Jensen is a crook. This guy is as dishonest as they come. Do not trust a word he says or any work this business preforms. Don't say I didn't warn you!

I spent almost a year driving my 04 Chrysler Pacifica with a failing motor mount. My other repair guy had me put on a list for the part which was backordered from the factory. After waiting for over 9 months, I called Jensen and took my car into them for service. I asked Paul to 'jerry rig' my motor mount issue. He called the next day and FOUND THE PART !! He did what Chrysler Dealers and other repair shops could not. He has earned my business ! If you want the right diagnosis for your car, call these guys !! They know the business!!!
