Unhappy kitten Owner

I took my little kitten in for a respiratory problem and I was assured it was because she was not vaccinated. Vaccinations were given and her cough got progressively worse over the next day and a half. She could hardly breath. I called Saturday morning and asked advice on what to do, they promised they would call me back. I gave them an hour and then the clinic was closed by the time I called back. I had to watch her closely until monday and took her somewhere else.

Great Care for my Babies

I started taking my oldest cat (now 12) there when I thought I would have to put him to sleep. The vet I had been taking my cat to, diagnosed him with having a sprained leg when I took him in due a limp. However within 48 hours my cat had no use of his back legs. I was looking for the cheapest option to end his suffering. I went to Dr Greg and he immediatley knew what the problem was, a blood clot lodged in my cats pelvis. Dr. Greg removed the clot and saved my cats life. Also I was in a tough financial spot and Dr. Greg worked with me on the cost and payments. I beleive he is an Angel doing good in the community of Ogden. Now all my cats go to him for everything. Becuase of him I have had my Oscar for 6 more years than I would have.

Don't want new business

After ten minutes on hold, I gave up. They obviously don't want any new customers. I speak clearly, but the man answering the phone had me repeat myself three times, then put me on hold. I'll find another vet, thank you very much.

Affordable and Understanding

I've been taking my dog here for years. They are truly understanding and work really well with us. My dog has some chronic health conditions that plague him from time to time. The staff know him by name when I call, and are always very kind. They have options with payments for care, which helps my family a great deal. If I had oodles of money, I would probably go elsewhere for care, as I would prefer someone who spends a bit more time talking to me and explaining what's up with my dog - but, I have paid oodles at other places in the past, and lost dogs to shoddy care. If you go here and want to know details about what the doc thinks, all you need to is ask - when I finally did, he was quite kind and answered all my questions. Dr. Johnston has seen it all in his long practice, and is able to quickly figure out what's wrong. I truly appreciate the effort the staff put in to help me care for my sweet boy. Thanks!

Monsters

The Male Assistant is rude and thinks he is the vet. He gives unwanted and incorrect opinions on animals health. The vet is not thorough or caring. He is quick and cheap good if you just need shots without treatment or health exam or health questions. He "treated" my roommates pup who was sick with Parvo. Diagnosed before she got to him.... He sent her home and said she would make it at the follow up later that night when Sobey died in agony the police were called by neighbors due to her crying with pain! The next day he said he new she would not have made it 4 days prior to her death but did not want to tell them this. Well they got a new fully vaccinated dog and had her spade she wears the cone they said was unnessesary although it was and she has already scarred and infected. Now my puppy I took in three times they refused the parvo test knowing she was only on her second set of shots and was sick. They said the tests were unreliable and 4 of 5 times wrong. They said Athena was FINE
