Purchased 18 pens that were suppose to be powder coated so they do not rust. They started rusting within 3 months of owning them. To which the company did nothing but make excuses even with pictures with proof and inspectors coming out to examine and confirm as well. Their warranty is worthless as they did not honor it and did nothing but send us a check for 3% of what we paid for the pens and 4 cans of paint to redo the pens ourselves. To repaint all 18 pens it takes 27 cans. Very poor experience with this company and their product is terrible.
