The first time I visited this shop I stopped by because I wanted my nails done for the night. They were really quick to address my needs but I felt they went a little too fast. My cuticles were ripped, red, and sore. I wanted to show off my new nails that night but I didn't want to because my cuticles were so sore and red. After about a week my cuticles were back to normal.

I decided to go back a few weeks later and give this place a second chance. I got a fill on my nails and it was not pleasant. My cuticles weren't torn like the first time but instead my fingernails burned when she was applying primer and sculpting my nails. I told her that it burned and hurt and she sprayed water on the tips of my fingers that helped a bit but didn't get rid of the burn. After my nails were finished I checked out. The person who checked me out charged me twice. She said the first time my card didn't go through (which I thought was odd) so I used a different card. When I got home both cards were charged the full amount.

Would not recommend this place. I'll be searching for a better quality nail shop in the area.

These ladies do good nails, but attention to detail is not on of their strong points. Also, DON'T EVER go there to get artificial nails taken off! she ripped my nails off, never even attempted to use acetone to remove them, and DESTROYED my real nails! I left in so much pain, bleeding and cracked nails. I will never do business at Nails & Pedi again.
