I visited the Burger King on 21st st. wall ave. in Ogden Utah. There was a line, however it only took 4 minutes to place my order. I would not have placed it if I would have thought it was going to take 26 minutes to receive the order. I do not know the reason they seemed to have lost it, but this is bull ----. You would have thought that when the order was found, & I received it, the manager would have comped me something. Instead, you have lost a customer & many others, as I will spread the word about this locations problems. My rating is service very poor.
