Great all around always pleased

they are really great they have great customer service as long as you go when russ is there the other guy is really rude

they sold me a battary that had water damage. I went to take it back and they would not refund my money, they wanted in store credit. don't ever buy from them they suck.

If you are looking for a used phone do NOT go here!!!! The phone they gave me was crappy from the start and after putting up with for a few weeks I went back to get my money back or another phone. I spoke with who I believe was the manager and he was extremely rude and not very helpful. He would barely hear me out and always had a rude come back for anything I said. When I told him I had tried to call several times and no answer each time he told me I was a liar and that they always answered the phone. And also when I asked him if I purchased a new phone would I have to pay full price or would he minus what I spent on my first phone... his response 'well if you keep arguing with me you will pay full price. He took a look at it and said he 'fixed' all but one problem. He handed it back when he was done 'fixing it' and told me he could not give me my money back. I left the store because I did not want to do any further business with him and examined the phone. It was worse off before I brought it in. I would not recommend doing any sort of business with them buying or selling your phone!!!! I would not give it any stars but it made me.
