the work was great and as fast as could be expected for being thanksgiving. My TV (52 inch plasma) works great.

The $45.00 dollars diagnostic was worth it took me am hour to get the back off and another hour to put it back on, looking for something blowed and stinky no luck. And he worked with me after hours to pick up my TV oh yeah the $45.00 dollars was deducted in the repair.

I think this may be the only honest repair shop left. I needed a very expensive part to fix my tv and he went out of his way to modify and fix the old part. No one else even mentioned this was possible. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family...

Three weeks ago I called Star Track to find out how long it would take to repair my Harmon Kardon amp. He said 1 1/2 weeks if he had the parts. I dropped off my amp. It sat in the same spot, never touched until yesterday when I picked it up. This guy is a liar.

I recently had Star Trak repair a TV. Even though it took a little longer to repair than some other shops may have, I felt Star Trak's repair rates were very resonable and the work was professionally done. I particulary liked the fact that there was only a $15 diagnostic fee.
